The custom link provider turns the Contact button into a plain link, which makes it the most flexible option of all. Send visitors to a contact page on your main site, a Typeform, a Calendly booking page, your ticket portal — or straight into their email client.
Required Information
Open Settings → Help Centers → Integrations, choose Custom link as the contact provider, and paste the target into the URL field:
- A regular link, such as
https://yourcompany.com/support - An email address in mailto form, e.g.
mailto:support@yourcompany.com
Save, and the button updates immediately. Regular links open in a new tab, so visitors never lose their place in your help center.
