MessageBird is an omnichannel messaging platform: conversations started in its web widget land in the same inbox as your WhatsApp, SMS, and email threads. With the integration enabled, the widget loads on every page of your help center, and the Contact button opens it.
Before anything else, make sure you've created an Omnichannel Widget in MessageBird. In the MessageBird Dashboard, go to Channels, add the Omnichannel Widget channel, and configure its appearance and the inbox it should feed. If the widget channel already exists, you're good to go.
Locating the Widget Id
Open your widget channel and switch to its Install tab (sometimes labeled "Add to your website"). MessageBird shows an install script that references your widget by a long UUID — for example .../livechat/widget/9c31a2e4-7b6f-4d2a-9e51-08c4f7a613de.js. That UUID is your Widget ID; copy it.

Then open Settings → Help Centers → Integrations in Emovart, select Messagebird as the contact provider, paste the Widget ID, and save. Reload your help center and the chat bubble appears in the corner — every conversation started there flows into your MessageBird inbox alongside your other channels.
