HubSpot's chat widget ships with its free CRM, which makes it an easy way to add live chat to your help center. Once connected, the widget loads on every page of your site, and the Contact button opens the chat panel.
Locating the Hub ID
For HubSpot, the value Emovart needs is your Hub ID (also called the portal ID) — the number that identifies your HubSpot account.
The fastest way to find it: in HubSpot, click the settings gear and navigate to Account Setup → Tracking & Analytics → Tracking Code.

The embed code on that page loads a script such as //js.hs-scripts.com/8571920.js — the number in the filename is your Hub ID. It's also displayed in the top-right account menu next to your account name.

Two more things need to be true on the HubSpot side:
- A chatflow exists and is published under Conversations → Chatflows (type: Website).
- The chatflow's targeting rules include your help center — either target all pages or add your
<slug>.emovart.studio(or custom) domain explicitly.
With that in place, open Settings → Help Centers → Integrations in Emovart, select Hubspot as the contact provider, paste the Hub ID, and save. Reload your help center and the chat launcher appears.
