Emovart doesn't need a native integration for every helpdesk out there — almost all of them accept tickets by email. The trick: use your helpdesk's inbound address as the contact form's notification email, and every submission becomes a ticket automatically.
Prefer sending visitors to a hosted ticket form instead? Point the custom link button at your form's URL and you're done. The rest of this guide covers the email route.
1. Find your ticketing support email address
Every major ticketing system gives you a dedicated address that converts incoming email into tickets.
Zendesk: under Admin → Channels → Email you'll find an address like support@yourcompany.zendesk.com.

Freshdesk: check Admin → Email for your default address, e.g. support@yourcompany.freshdesk.com.

Other tools — Help Scout, Zoho Desk, Jira Service Management, and friends — work the same way; look for "email channel" or "forwarding address" in their settings.
2. Add your ticket email to Emovart
Open Settings → Help Centers → Integrations, select the Contact form provider, and paste your ticketing address into the notification email field. Save your changes.

3. Receive contact form requests in your ticketing system
That's it. From now on, every submission from your help center is emailed to your helpdesk, which turns it into a ticket carrying the visitor's name, email, and message. Reply from your ticketing tool as you would with any other ticket.
Troubleshooting
If tickets don't show up, submit a test message through your own contact form first. Then check your helpdesk's suspended or spam queue — mail from a new sender sometimes lands there until you whitelist it — and confirm the intake address was pasted exactly, with no typos or trailing spaces.
