Emovart publishes every page it finds under your connected root page — there is no per-article "draft" switch. The trick is simple: don't let unfinished pages live under the root yet.
Two ways to do it:
- Write outside the root. Keep a private "Drafts" page somewhere else in your workspace, outside the shared root. Write there, and when an article is ready, drag it into the right sub collection.
- Move it out temporarily. Need to rework a published article? Drag it from its sub collection over to your drafts page. It disappears from the site after the next sync, and you can move it back when the rewrite is done.
Because sub pages inherit sharing from their parent, everything under the shared root is visible to the sync — there's no such thing as "hidden inside the root." Outside of it, you can draft in peace.

Publishing and unpublishing both take effect on the next sync. If a half-finished page slipped onto the live site, move it out and hit Resync in Settings → Help Centers to remove it right away.
