The order of collections on your published site mirrors the order of the collection pages on your Notion root page: first page listed, first tab (or card) shown.
To move a collection:
- Open your root page in Notion.
- Hover over the collection page and grab the
⠿handle on its left. - Drag the page up or down to its new spot.
That's it — there is nothing to configure in the console. The same order drives both the category cards in the Help Center layout and the top tabs in the Documentation layout, so put your most important collection first.

Reordering pages in Notion doesn't update your site instantly. Press Resync in Settings → Help Centers to push the new order live, or wait for the next automatic sync.
