A knowledge base is a team sport: someone writes, someone reviews, someone keeps the branding on point. Emovart lets you bring collaborators into a project and assign each of them a role, so everyone can do their job without anyone accidentally touching billing.
Adding new team members
- Open your project in the console and go to Settings → Team.
- Click Invite member and enter your teammate's email address.
- Pick a role — Viewer, Editor, or Admin — and send the invitation.
Your teammate receives an email invite. If they don't have a Emovart account yet, they create one for free in the same flow, and the project then shows up in their project list automatically.

Understanding team roles
Viewer
Read-only access to the console. Viewers can look around the dashboard, browse settings, and check insights, but they can't change anything. Great for stakeholders who just want visibility.
Editor
The day-to-day role. Editors can trigger resyncs, adjust customization and branding, and manage how content is published — everything except billing, team management, and deleting the project.
Admin
Full control. Admins can do everything Editors can, plus manage the team, handle billing, and transfer or delete the project.
Managing existing members
You can change a member's role at any time with the role dropdown next to their name, or remove them via the ⋯ menu. Removal takes effect immediately and never touches their access inside Notion.
