What is Emovart?

A quick introduction to Emovart and how it turns the Notion pages you already write into a professional help center.

Last updated on July 9, 2026

Emovart is a service that connects to your Notion workspace and publishes a page tree of your choice as a hosted knowledge base. You keep writing and organizing articles in Notion — the editor your team already knows — while Emovart takes care of everything a public help center needs: a fast website, tidy navigation, full-text search, SEO, and a pleasant reading experience on every device.

Your site goes live at https://<your-slug>.emovart.studio right away, and you can attach a custom domain whenever you're ready. Changes you make in Notion are picked up automatically on the next sync — or immediately when you press Resync in the console.

Why choose Emovart?

There are plenty of ways to build a knowledge base, but most of them mean learning yet another editor and moving your content into yet another silo. Emovart takes a different route:

  • Write where you already write. Notion stays your single source of truth — no migration, no copy-pasting, no duplicate drafts.
  • Two purpose-built layouts. Pick a classic Help Center with category cards or a Documentation layout with top tabs, a grouped sidebar, and a table of contents. Switch between them any time in the console.
  • Search that actually finds things. Visitors get a fast ⌘K search across article titles, descriptions, and body text.
  • Built for discovery. Clean URLs, proper meta tags, and sitemaps mean your articles can rank on Google instead of hiding inside a private workspace.
  • Meet users where they are. Drop the embeddable widget into your app so answers appear without anyone leaving the page.

Here's a short overview of how everything fits together:

If anything is unclear or you get stuck during setup, use the Contact button on your site or the contact form in the console. A real person reads every message, and we'll get you unstuck quickly.
