How to add multiple knowledge bases under one Emovart account

Run several help centers — one per product, brand, or language — from a single Emovart login.

One Emovart account can host as many knowledge bases as you need. Each one is a fully independent project with its own Notion source, its own layout and branding, its own team, and (if you like) its own custom domain. Agencies, multi-product companies, and teams that keep separate customer and internal docs all lean on this.

Benefits of keeping every project in one account

  • One login, zero juggling. Switch between projects from the console instead of signing in and out of separate accounts.
  • Independent everything. Each help center points at its own Notion root page and carries its own logo, brand color, domain, and layout — a change in one never leaks into another.
  • Separate audiences, same workflow. Public product docs, an internal handbook, and a partner FAQ can live side by side while you edit all of them in Notion.
  • Clear billing. Every help center runs on its own plan, so you can mix Starter and Growth to match what each project actually needs.

How it works

  1. Log in at emovart.studio and open Settings → Help Centers. You'll see every project you own or belong to.
  2. Click New help center.

  1. Give the project a name, connect Notion with the one-click OAuth flow (the same workspace or a different one — both work), and pick its root page with Browse my Notion pages or by pasting a page link.
  2. That's it — the new knowledge base appears in your project list, and you can hop between projects any time.

Each new project starts with its own 7-day free trial, so you can set everything up before deciding on a plan.
