What are site analytics insights?

A look at the built-in analytics that show you how visitors actually use your Emovart site.

Last updated on July 9, 2026

Publishing a help center is only half the job — you also want to know whether anyone reads it. That's why every Emovart site comes with lightweight, privacy-friendly analytics built in. No extra scripts, no third-party setup: the numbers are waiting in your console.

What do Emovart site analytics show?

Open Settings → Help Centers, select your site, and switch to the Insights tab. The site analytics view answers three questions at a glance:

  • Page views over time — a chart of visits to your help center, perfect for spotting the spike after a product launch or a newsletter send.
  • Top articles — your most-read pages, ranked. These are the articles worth polishing first, because small improvements there reach the most readers.
  • Searches over time — how often visitors use the search bar, a good proxy for how actively people are trying to help themselves.

Use the time-range picker to zoom from the last few days out to several months. Comparing two ranges is the quickest way to tell whether a new article or a restructure actually changed reader behavior.

Getting the latest numbers

To keep the dashboard snappy, Emovart caches your analytics instead of recomputing them on every visit. The view updates on its own at regular intervals, but if you have just shared a new article and can't wait, click the Refresh button at the top of the Insights tab to pull live data on demand.

Limitations

Site analytics are built to answer content questions, not to replace a full web-analytics suite:

  • Counts are aggregated and anonymous — there are no visitor profiles or session recordings.
  • Visitors who block scripts may not be counted, so read the numbers as trends rather than exact totals.
  • There are no funnels, referrer reports, or campaign tracking. If you need those, connect a dedicated tool like Google Analytics and let Emovart's insights handle the content side.
