What are article reactions?

A lightweight feedback box that shows you which articles actually help — and which ones need a rewrite.

Last updated on July 9, 2026

At the bottom of every article on your site sits a small box asking "Did this answer your question?" with three emoji to choose from. One tap, no forms, no sign-in — that's the entire experience for your readers.

Collecting feedback from your readers

Because reacting takes a single click, far more visitors leave a rating than would ever write a support email. Over time those taps add up to an honest map of your knowledge base: which articles genuinely resolve questions, and which ones leave people more confused than before.

Evaluating article reactions

Open your console to review the reactions collected for each article. Every article shows its tally of positive, neutral, and negative votes, so you can scan the health of your whole knowledge base at a glance.

Sort by negative reactions first. An article that gets lots of unhappy votes and steady traffic is your single best candidate for a rewrite.

Resetting article reactions

Rewrote an article from scratch? The old votes describe the old version. Reset the article's reactions from the console so its counts start from zero — that way you can tell right away whether the new version actually lands better with your readers.
