- Write descriptive titles. Name the exact task or question — "Connecting a custom domain" beats "Domains". The title also becomes the URL slug.
- Cover one topic per article. A focused page ranks for its question far better than a catch-all page ranks for five.
- Structure with headings. H2 and H3 blocks in Notion become real heading tags that crawlers use to understand the page.
- Caption your images. Captions double as descriptive alt text — search engines can't see pixels, but they do read alts.
- Link related articles together. Internal links help crawlers discover pages and keep readers inside your knowledge base.
