How to get started with Emovart AI

Everything you need to launch the Ask AI assistant on your help center — plan requirements, activation, customization, and a look at how it actually answers.

Last updated on July 9, 2026

You already put real work into your help articles — Emovart AI makes them answer back. Ask AI is a chat assistant that lives on your published site (and inside the embeddable widget) and responds to visitor questions in plain language, using nothing but the articles you have synced from Notion. Every answer links back to the source articles it was built from, so readers are always one click away from the full documentation.

Below we'll walk through getting access, switching it on, shaping how it looks, and understanding what happens behind the curtain.

How do I get access to Emovart AI?

Emovart AI is included in the Growth plan — there is nothing separate to buy, install, or configure. If your site is on Growth (monthly or annual), the AI tab is already waiting for you in the console. If you're on Starter, upgrade the site from its billing settings under Settings → Help Centers and the AI features unlock right away.

Access is granted per site, so if you run several help centers you decide individually where the assistant should be available.

What does the assistant look like for visitors?

Visitors reach Emovart AI through the Ask AI button in your site's header, right beside the search bar — and through the chat widget if you've embedded one on your product pages.

Clicking it opens a focused chat panel where visitors type their question exactly the way they would ask a teammate — no keyword guessing required.

The answer arrives as a short conversational reply, and beneath it the assistant lists the articles it drew from as clickable sources. Visitors who want the full picture can jump straight into the original documentation.

And when your content simply doesn't cover a question, the assistant says so honestly and offers your contact options instead of guessing — nobody gets stranded at a dead end.

How do I turn on Emovart AI for my site?

ℹ️
Emovart AI only knows content that has been indexed, and indexing happens during a resync. Hit Resync right after enabling — and remember that new Notion edits reach the assistant on the next sync.
  1. Open Settings → Help Centers on emovart.studio and select your site.
  2. Switch to the AI tab.
  3. Toggle Enable Ask AI on.
  4. Click Resync so your current articles are indexed for the assistant.

That's the whole setup — the Ask AI button appears on your site as soon as the sync finishes.

How can I customize the assistant?

The chat automatically follows the branding you've already set up in the console: your logo and brand color are applied to the chat header, buttons, and highlights, so the assistant feels native to your site rather than bolted on.

If you use the widget, the data-color and data-position attributes in your embed snippet control the launcher's color and which side of the page it sits on — the in-widget chat picks up the same styling.

How can I see what visitors are asking?

Open the AI tab in the console: every past conversation is listed with the question, the generated answer, the sources it used, and whether the visitor marked it as helpful. It's the most honest mirror of what your customers actually struggle with.

Skim this list weekly — recurring questions with weak answers are your next articles. You can also export the full history as a CSV for deeper analysis in a spreadsheet.

How does Emovart AI build an answer?

During each resync, Emovart indexes your published articles into an AI-ready search index. When a visitor asks something, the assistant first retrieves the passages most relevant to the question, then has a large language model compose a reply grounded only in those passages. That's why every answer can cite its sources — and why the assistant is exactly as good as the articles behind it.

Is Emovart AI always right?

No AI system is 100% accurate, and we won't pretend otherwise. Because Emovart AI answers from your own articles rather than the open internet, it is far less likely to invent things — but it can still occasionally misread a question or stitch details together imperfectly.

ℹ️
If an answer looks off, open the article it cites: nine times out of ten the fix is clarifying that article in Notion and resyncing. Better source text produces better answers.

Plan your safety net accordingly: keep articles current, review the conversation log, and let the built-in contact fallback catch whatever the assistant can't handle.

Which model powers Emovart AI?

Emovart AI runs on a state-of-the-art large language model, and we move to stronger models as they become available — no action needed on your side. You don't bring your own API key, and usage is covered by the Growth plan.

How does Emovart AI handle my data?

Only the articles already published to your help center are indexed — the assistant never sees the rest of your Notion workspace. Visitor questions and generated answers are stored so you can review them in the AI tab, and your content is used solely to answer your own visitors' questions, never to train models for anyone else.

Can I try Emovart AI for free?

Yes. Every new Emovart site starts with a 7-day free trial, and trialing on the Growth plan includes Ask AI. Enable it on day one, resync, and interrogate it with your support inbox's greatest hits — you'll know well before the trial ends whether it earns its keep.
