How to export Emovart AI chat history as CSV

Download every Ask AI conversation — questions, answers, sources, and helpfulness ratings — as a CSV file you can analyze anywhere.

The AI tab in your console already shows each conversation visitors have had with your assistant. When you want to slice that data in a spreadsheet, feed it into a BI tool, or share it with your team, export it as a CSV.

✅ Who can export?

CSV export is available on every site with Emovart AI enabled (Growth plan). The site owner and any team members with console access can run an export — there's no extra permission to configure.

📝 How to export your chat history

  1. Open Settings → Help Centers on emovart.studio and select your site.
  2. Switch to the AI tab to see the list of past conversations.
  3. Click Export CSV — your browser downloads the file immediately.

Each row is one exchange, with five columns: timestamp, question, answer, sources, and was-helpful. The file opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.

🌍 Multi-language and multi-version sites

Chat history is stored per site. If you run a separate Emovart site for each language or product version, repeat the export from each site's AI tab — the files share the same columns, so merging them into one sheet afterwards takes seconds.

💡 Tip

Sort by the was-helpful column first. Questions that were answered but rated unhelpful — or rows with an empty sources column — are the clearest signal of articles you still need to write. New to the assistant? Start with how to get started with Emovart AI.
